By using our website, submitting an application, booking a call, or enrolling in our program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
ATW provides functional and integrative health coaching and education. Program details, pricing, and payment terms are provided to you before you enroll, and any separate written agreement you sign with us will also apply.
ATW provides coaching and education only. Nothing we share is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition, or to replace advice from a licensed professional. Consult your physician or another qualified professional before making changes to your diet, exercise, supplements, medications, or finances. You are responsible for your own decisions.
Testimonials and results shown on our website reflect the experiences of individual clients and are not a guarantee of results. Results vary based on many factors, including effort, consistency, history, and starting point. Results shown are not typical.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or submit an application.
Submitting an application or booking a call does not guarantee acceptance into our program. We may decline any application at our discretion. Please only book a call if you can attend; we may cancel or decline to reschedule calls that are missed without notice.
Fees, payment plans, and any refund or cancellation terms are provided in writing at the time of enrollment. Payment plans are a commitment to pay the full program fee. Where those terms differ from these Terms, the enrollment terms control.
By submitting your information, you agree that ATW may contact you by email, phone call, and text message (including automated messages) about your application, your call, and our services. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, or unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email.
All content we provide, including videos, guides, worksheets, and program materials, is owned by Ashlyn Tiara Wellness LLC or its licensors and is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, share, resell, or distribute our materials without our written permission.
You agree to provide accurate information, to use our services lawfully, and to treat our team and community members with respect. We may suspend or end access for conduct we consider harmful or abusive.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our website and services are provided "as is," and Ashlyn Tiara Wellness LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of them. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
